KODEACROSS is looking for an innovative Senior Software Engineer with a deep foundation in traditional software engineering and hands-on experience in Agentic AI Engineering. You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-driven systems and scalable applications using modern web, mobile, and backend technologies — and communicating complex technical architectures clearly to any audience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems, AI workflows, and autonomous agents integrated into modern software architectures.
- Develop scalable web, mobile, and backend applications leveraging microservices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with clear, proactive, and effective communication.
- Drive innovation by continuously experimenting with cutting-edge AI engineering patterns and modern software tools.
Qualifications
- Agentic AI Engineering: Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying AI agents, LLM orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflows.
- Frontend & Mobile: Proven proficiency in NextJS and Flutter.
- Backend: Strong expertise in NestJS.
- System Architecture: Solid track record of building and maintaining microservices infrastructure.
- Cloud: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus.
- Communication & Mindset: Highly innovative, self-driven, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Work Setup
- Open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines.
- Hybrid model — project-based engagement with on-site presence at our office a couple of times per month.
