We are looking for an innovative builder with a deep foundation in traditional software engineering and hands-on experience in Agentic AI Engineering. You design and deploy AI-driven systems and scalable applications using NextJS, Flutter, and NestJS across microservices architectures. You move fast, think outside the box, and can articulate complex technical decisions clearly to any audience.
You are early in your career but you ship with ownership and learn fast. You have working knowledge of modern web or mobile development — ideally NextJS or Flutter — and you are eager to grow into backend and AI-integrated systems. You care deeply about the quality of what you build and thrive when surrounded by people who push you to be better.
You own quality across the full product lifecycle — from test planning to release sign-off. You have hands-on experience with Playwright and bring a systematic, detail-oriented mindset to every build. You write tests that catch real problems, communicate failures clearly, and raise the bar on what "done" means for the team.
You have a proven track record in IT consultancy, helping clients scope and procure custom software solutions. You understand how technology projects are bought, sold, and delivered, and you know how to build trust with decision-makers. You will source and qualify opportunities, shape proposals, and work closely with our engineering leads to close meaningful engagements.
